[She shoves up her sleeves, one than the other. And from there produces a light wand. It's lifted in the air with the florish of a conductors baton. Up and tap, tap. Wait. Wait. She lowers it and turns it on so that it illuminates. Once more then~!]
Are you listening hearing harkening to the sound~ tiny baby little citizens? ARE YOU?
Go! Go! Go my ear wormy worm worms!
[ooc; Okay City, the third bit of help to restore color! Out of the blue, infectious songs and orchestrations flow into the City from store fronts, elevators, hold music on the phone... Ear worms wriggle their way to evoke emotions. Perhaps recalling a proud moment or time of terror! Maybe even just annoyance It doesn't have to be classical! Country, pop, whatever! However if a character is hearing music from their own canon please do not 4th wall them by having characters point out it's a TV theme unless the player has explicityly stated it's okay to do so.
Meanwhile a space captain has followed the color thief! He is here to help!
Remember, colors don't have to return all at once, and you can have characters in one color only until they experience more and stronger emotions. The color restoration will peter out by Sunday. Players can keep a few color glitches through the end of the month, nothing too, too spectacular.]
